H+ Weekly has recently reached a significant milestone of 1000 subscribers. This achievement came at the perfect time as I was contemplating the future of H+ Weekly. I’m excited to share this vision with you.
I believe that in today's fast-paced technological world, there is a growing need for a clear explanation of the applications and impacts of AI, robotics, and biotech. I believe there is a need for a platform that can present a positive and realistic picture of the future - a future where these tools are used to help humanity flourish.
To achieve this goal, I plan to create a new publication with new types of content.
H+ Weekly will be kept as it is right now - a weekly digest of what happened in AI, robotics and biotech. I will also keep the write-ups at the beginning of each issue but I want them to be focused on what is happening right now.
I’m planning to introduce two new types of content.
The first are in-depth articles and analyses. These will go deeper and more in detail than the current articles at the beginning of each issue of H+ Weekly. The plan is to publish them once or twice per week, on Mondays or Wednesdays.
The second type of content is presentation-style videos on the topics discussed at H+ Weekly.
With these new additions, I do not believe that the name H+ Weekly is suitable for a platform that encompasses a weekly newsletter, articles, and YouTube videos. The name H+ Weekly will remain for the weekly digest (I’m not planning to abandon it).
I want to hear your thoughts on these proposed changes. Please feel free to share your feedback in the comments section.
I suppose this is a good time to thank you for writing the newsletter - I see a lot of stuff in it that I wouldn't learn about elsewhere!
